Shipping
Paloma offers shipping exclusively in Canada for the moment. We use a third-party service that does business with the best delivery companies in Canada.
Be sure to clearly identify the shipping address where you will be able to pick up the package, otherwise additional charges may apply if the package is returned to us and we have to ship it again.
Preparation of your order
We prepare and ship orders within an average of 3 days after the order is placed. However, we do our best to prepare orders as quickly as possible.
You will receive a delivery confirmation email as soon as your order
will have left the warehouse.

Track your package
A tracking number will be provided to you upon delivery confirmation.
