Where can I get Paloma Undies products

The products are sold exclusively on the online store www.palomaundies.com

Is it possible to use more than one discount code/gift card at a time?

It is not possible to use more than one discount code or gift card at a time for the same order.

However, the gift card can be combined with a discount code by using it to place an order including a discount code.

Is it possible to modify my order once it is confirmed?

Yes, it is possible if the order has not yet left the warehouse. In this case, please write to us at hello@palomaundies.com with the subject: Order modification.

However, if the order has already been sent, it will be necessary to proceed via the means of an exchange or a return.

What payment methods are accepted?

The payment methods accepted are as follows:

Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal

Is it possible to pay with Paypal?

Absolutely! At the time of payment, you will have the choice to pay with Paypal. By clicking on this option, you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal page to enter your payment information and your delivery address. Delivery options will be displayed later.

What if there is an error in my order?

We will make sure to rectify the order as soon as possible.

Is it possible to create an account?

Indeed, it is possible to create an account on the Paloma Undies website. With this account, you will be able to:

- Consult your old orders;

- Save your delivery address;

- Have access to the newsletter;

- Make changes to your profile.

Returns & exchanges

Can I exchange or return a product?

It is possible to exchange the product in its original condition within 14
days following receipt of the order.

How do I proceed with a return or exchange?

Can all products be exchanged or refunded?

All products can be exchanged or refunded. These must be returned in their original condition.

Please note that all clearance products are considered final sales.

What if my product is damaged?

Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to hello@palomaundies.com with the subject: Damaged product.

Remember that any product
damaged exceeding the exchange and return period of 14 days cannot be exchanged or
refunded.

Shipping

I placed an order. How long will it take before it leaves the warehouse?

The preparation time for an order can take up to 2 days. However, we do our best to ensure that your order leaves the warehouse the same day.

What are the delivery times?

Quebec: 3 to 9 business days

Other provinces: 5 to 10 business days

Please take into consideration that additional delays with the delivery company may apply and are beyond our control.

How much are the shipping fees?

Shipping costs for orders under $100 are at the standard cost of $8

Shipping costs are free for orders of $100 or more!

Can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you upon delivery confirmation.

I never received my order, what should I do?

If you still haven't received your order after the delivery times have passed, please contact us at hello@palomaundies.com and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

Do you offer delivery outside Canada?

At this time, delivery is only available in Canada.

However, it is in our future plans to offer International shipping. Stay tuned!

How should I care for my underwear?

We have provided you with a complete guide on the Product care page to help you keep your products in the best condition for as long as possible, with the greatest respect for the environment!

What materials are your products made of?

All underwear is designed in a fabric composed of 95% bamboo fiber and 5% elastane fiber.

Sizes

How to choose the right size?

We advise you to consult the Size Guide to help you know your precise measurements and make the right choice of size.

On a product page, the details of the model wearing it are also shown to give you a better idea.

Do panty sizes vary from model to model?

The collection of panties was designed in a uniform way from the same base. The sizes are therefore the same for all models.

Sustainability

How does Paloma Undies qualify as a sustainable business?

All Paloma Undies products are designed in Quebec, more precisely in Montreal and the Laurentians. The products are manufactured in a factory in Montreal. The fabrics used are Oeko-Tex certified and the packaging is made of compostable or recycled materials.
