Take a tape measure and measure around your bust, just under the bust
Then measure around your chest at the fullest part

Take a measuring tape and measure around your waist, which happens to be where your belly is narrowest, often just below your belly button.
Then measure around your hips, which happens to be the strongest point of your buttocks and the beginning of your thighs.
